Referral Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

These Referral Terms & Conditions govern the referral programme offered by Elite Key Property Management Ltd ("we", "us", "our"). By participating in this referral programme, you agree to comply with these terms.

2. Referral Reward

A referral fee of £100 (one hundred pounds) will be paid for each successful referral.

A "successful referral" is defined as a new client who signs up to our serviced accommodation management services as a direct result of your referral.

3. Eligibility

Referrals must be new clients who have not previously engaged with or been in contact with Elite Key Property Management Ltd.

The referrer must be aged 18 or over.

Self-referrals are not permitted.

4. Referral Identification (Referral Code or Notification)

To qualify for the referral reward, the referral must be identified by one of the following methods:

Referral Code:

The referrer may obtain a unique referral code from us by contacting us directly via email, phone, or our website.

The referral code must be provided by the referred client at the time of enquiry or sign-up.

OR

Referral Notification:

The referrer must notify us that they have referred a client before or at the time of the client's initial enquiry.

The referred client must independently confirm the referrer's name during the enquiry or onboarding process.

Referrals that cannot be verified through either method may not be eligible for payment.

5. Payment Conditions

The £100 referral payment will be made only after the referred client has been an active, paying client for a minimum of three (3) consecutive months.

If the referred client cancels, pauses, or terminates their agreement before completing three months of service, no referral payment will be due.

Payments will be made within 14 days after the three-month qualifying period has been completed.

6. Payment Method

Referral payments will be made via bank transfer or another agreed method.

The referrer is responsible for providing accurate payment details. We are not liable for delays caused by incorrect information.

7. Tax Responsibility

The referrer is solely responsible for declaring and paying any tax due on referral payments received, in accordance with applicable laws.

8. Right to Refuse or Amend

We reserve the right to refuse any referral at our discretion.

We reserve the right to amend, suspend, or terminate this referral programme at any time without prior notice. Any valid referrals made prior to termination will be honoured in line with these terms.

9. No Employment or Partnership

Participation in the referral programme does not create an employment, agency, or partnership relationship between the referrer and Elite Key Property Management Ltd.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
